I have been a real estate broker now since before Bill Clinton was in the White House. In those intervening years I have helped a lot of people obtain their needs and desires.
For some, they were interrested in, buying or selling their investment properties, on the other hand others were only interested in a home for themselves and/or their future families.
Both have their differences in needs and wants, but all found a common ally in me.
You too, may have the advantages of my experiences, just ask by dropping me an email or calling me at one of my phone numbers.....
Currently, I am on the board of directors and a member for the Kiwanis (Noontime) Club in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I have been a member of this fine organization for over 2 years now and have had enriching experiences filled with many charitible works and the enjoyment of many friendships.
As to my Profession, I have spent many years as a member of the Board of REALTORS, Association and have found this organization to be a fulfilling and educational enity.
Prior to this, I was with the Arkansas Jaycees for many years, in Sherwood, Arkansas and also during my years in Florida and even back to my youth , in Hot Springs, Arkansas, I was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Clubs, another fine organization which has terrific community relations through their many priojects.
I was born and raised too many years ago in Hot Springs, Arkansas. After graduating their fine school system I joined the U.S. Air Force, in order to see the world (they coddled me by showing me Boosier City, Louisiana for two years, then the Republic of Vietnam for 1967-68, as a combat news photo-journalist.
After that exhilerating experience, I went to school at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. I was then offered a photographer's job, working out of Chicago, Illinois for the next 23 years.
Driving finally did me in and I retired to Pompano Beach, Florida. That too was fun, but after loving the enviornment and learning to not love the "snow-birds", I moved back to Arkansas and came to reside in Fort Smith, where my parents and sister lived.
I renewed my real estate brokers licensed when I moved and have been with Ramona Roberts, ever since (@1994).
My many years with this brokerage was exaserbated by Ramona's way of doing business. We as agents are nutured, comforted and prodded by her in a genuine, friendly, professional atmosphere. Who wouldn't love it here?
Please feel free to call me, generally, I can help!
